Direction narrows the list to a corridor; budget is matched against current Queensland RTA median rents; household stage and must-haves weight Census demographics, SEIFA socio-economic deciles, school counts, flood-awareness modelling and mapped amenities.
Every recommendation shows why it fits and the trade-offs to weigh up, with a link through to the suburb’s full profile. Nothing is hidden and nothing is sponsored — the ranking is only ever the ABS, RTA, Brisbane City Council and OpenStreetMap data.
