Vintages
SA2 boundaries follow ASGS 2021. Population is annual; SEIFA and the Census profile are five-yearly. The 2016 “then and now” figures are mapped onto 2021 boundaries via the ABS Time Series Profile, so those comparisons are approximate. Council flood mapping is an awareness tool, not a property-level report. Data current to 1 September 2026.
A caveat
The CPI is published for whole capital cities, not suburbs, so “cost of living” covers Brisbane as a whole. Everything on a suburb page is the most recent ABS figure for that area.
